Daily trend chart
A line/area chart of bytes uploaded per day for the last N days (30 by default). Hover any point for an exact value.
Filters
- Scope (only when in an organization) —
active_orgshows only files in your current organization;all_orgsaggregates across every organization you belong to. - From / To — choose dates to restrict summary cards.
- Days — set the number of days for the trend chart (e.g. 7, 30, 90).
noteThe summary range and the chart days are independent. The summary uses From/To; the chart uses Days.
Refreshing
The page caches data for about a minute. If you've just uploaded or deleted a file and the numbers haven't updated, refresh the page or move away and come back.
Tips
- Use the Days control to spot recent storage spikes.
- Set From / To to bill-cycle dates if you're tracking monthly storage usage.
- If totals look surprisingly small, check the scope —
active_orghides data from other organizations you may belong to.
Troubleshooting
- "Request failed" — refresh; if it persists, your network may be blocking the analytics endpoint.
- All values are zero — you haven't uploaded any files yet, or the date range excludes your uploads.
- Numbers differ from Files page — the Files card on the chat home shows the latest list; analytics may be a minute behind.
