Settings

Where organization settings live in AskPhi today and what's coming next.

Before you start

  • You're an admin or owner (capability: org.settings.manage).
  • The Settings entry is visible in the management sidebar — if not, your role doesn't have permission. See Permissions & roles.

Open the page

  1. Open the management area (click the coloured Organization link in the chat sidebar).
  2. From the management sidebar, click Settings.

URL: /manage/settings.


What's on the page today

The Settings page is a placeholder while we ship more configuration options. You'll see a short message like:

"Organization settings will be editable here."

That's expected. For now, settings such as organization name and description are set when an organization is created. To change them, contact AskPhi support.


What's coming

Future versions of this page will include:

  • Renaming and rebranding the organization.
  • Default model selection for chat.
  • Member-facing notifications.
  • Storage and token quotas.
  • Audit log.

When these ship, this docs page will be updated with the exact steps.
