Organization tokens
Admin view of your organization's combined AI token usage and per-member breakdown.
Before you start
- You belong to an organization.
- Your role grants
org.analytics.tokens— usually admin or owner. See Permissions & roles.
How to open
- From the management area, go to Analytics → Organization tokens.
- Or visit
/manage/analytics/org-tokensdirectly.
If the entry isn't visible, your role doesn't have permission.
What you'll see
Summary cards
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total tokens | Input + output tokens for the whole organization, in the selected range. |
| Input tokens | Tokens sent to models from the organization. |
| Output tokens | Tokens received from models. |
| Top member | Member with the largest token usage. |
Daily trend chart
A bar/line chart of total tokens per day for the last N days (default 30). When more than one model provider is configured, the chart can break down per provider.
Per-member breakdown
A table of every member with their input, output, and total tokens. Sortable by total usage to spot heavy users.
Filters
- From / To — date range for the summary cards.
- Days — number of days for the trend chart.
Tips
- Pair this page with Organization storage to see how data volume correlates with AI usage.
- Use From / To matching your billing cycle so the totals line up with invoices.
- If a single member's usage looks anomalous, ask them to check My tokens for their own breakdown.
