Manage members

View your organization's members, invite new people, and remove access when needed.

Before you start

  • You're signed in.
  • Your role grants the org.members.invite capability — usually Admin or Owner. See Permissions & roles.

If the Members entry is missing from the management sidebar, your role doesn't have permission. Ask your owner to grant it.

Open the Members page

  1. Open the management area (click the coloured Organization link in the sidebar).
  2. From the management sidebar, click Members.

The URL is /manage/members.

Members table

Each row shows:

ColumnWhat it contains
MemberAvatar + name and @username.
EmailThe member's email address.
Roleowner, admin, or member.
StatusActive or Inactive.
JoinedThe date the member joined the organization (e.g. Apr 5, 2026).
ActionsA red remove icon at the right.

The table paginates 50 members per page. Use the page buttons at the bottom-right to navigate, or the chevrons to step one page at a time.

Invite new members

  1. Click Invite members at the top-right of the members table.
  2. A dialog opens with one email row.
  3. Type one email per row. Use Add another email to add more rows.
  4. Use the trash icon to remove a row.
  5. Click Send invitations. A toast confirms.

For a deeper dive on invitation states (pending, expired, declined), see Send invitations.

note

AskPhi sends one invitation email per address. Each invited person opens the link to accept the invitation.

Remove a member

  1. Find the row for the member you want to remove.
  2. Click the red remove icon at the right.
  3. Confirm in the dialog ("Remove member?"). Click Yes, remove to proceed or Cancel to keep them.
  4. A toast confirms the removal.
caution

Removed members lose access to the organization's data immediately. They keep their AskPhi account and personal files but fall back to personal mode.

You cannot remove yourself from this page. Ask another admin or owner to do it for you.

Refreshing the list

The list shows "Refreshing…" briefly when AskPhi reloads it after an action. If you suspect stale data, navigate to a different sidebar entry and back.
