Organization storage
Admin view of your organization's combined file storage and per-member breakdown.
Before you start
- You belong to an organization.
- Your role grants
org.analytics.storage— usually admin or owner. See Permissions & roles.
How to open
- From the management area, go to Analytics → Organization storage.
- Or visit
/manage/analytics/org-storagedirectly.
If the entry isn't visible, your role doesn't have permission.
What you'll see
Summary cards
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total size | Storage used by the entire organization in the selected range. |
| File count | Total files across all members. |
| Top member | Member with the largest storage footprint, with their size. |
| Average / member | Average storage per active member. |
Daily trend chart
A line chart of bytes uploaded per day across the organization for the last N days (default 30).
Per-member breakdown
A table showing each member's name, file count, and total size, with the largest at the top. Useful for spotting power users or unexpected spikes.
Filters
- From / To — restrict the summary cards to a specific date range.
- Days — set the trend chart's window.
- (No scope toggle here — you're already inside an organization.)
Tips
- Plan ahead: if your organization is approaching a quota, look at the trend over the last 90 days to estimate run-rate.
- Storage is per-organization: if a member belongs to multiple orgs, their personal page may show more than what's counted here.
- Combine with Members to identify who's contributing most.
Troubleshooting
- "Request failed" — refresh; check your role; refresh again.
- Numbers seem too low — the organization may have just been
created. Try a wider From/To range or
Days = 90. - The page looks identical to "My storage" — confirm the URL is
org-storage. The two pages live at different addresses.
