My tokens
See how many AI tokens you've used, broken down by day and model provider.
How to open
- From the management area, go to Analytics → My tokens.
- Or visit
/manage/analytics/tokensdirectly.
What you'll see
Summary cards
| Card | Meaning |

| Total tokens | Input + output tokens for the selected scope/range. |
| Input tokens | Tokens AskPhi sent to the model (your question + context). |
| Output tokens | Tokens the model sent back (its reply). |
| Sessions | Number of chat sessions you used in the period. |
Daily trend chart
A bar or line chart of total tokens per day for the last N days (30 by default). Some pages also break the chart down by model provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) when more than one is configured.
Filters
Same controls as My storage:
- Scope (only when in an org) —
active_orgorall_orgs. - From / To date range for the summary.
- Days for the trend chart.
Reading the numbers
- A single back-and-forth (your message + AI reply) typically uses a few hundred tokens.
- Asking for a chart can use more output tokens because the AI emits chart instructions alongside text.
- A long conversation re-uses earlier context, which slowly increases the input tokens per message.
Tips
- If you're approaching a quota, set From / To to the current billing period to track this month's usage.
- Compare different days to see when you ramped up.
- Long sessions can run up tokens; consider starting a fresh session when topics change.
Troubleshooting
- No data — you haven't sent any messages yet, or the time range excludes your activity.
- The chart is empty for one provider — only providers configured for your account or organization appear.
- Totals don't match what I expected — every refresh is fetched again; values are cached for ~1 minute.
