Sign in

Sign in to AskPhi with your username and password.

Before you start​

Steps​

  1. Open AskPhi. The Sign in form is the default screen.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click Sign in.

A toast confirms "Logged in!" and you'll land on the Chat home, where you can upload a CSV and start chatting.

Forgot your password?​

Click the Forgot password? link on the sign-in form, or jump to Forgot password.

Troubleshooting​

  • "Login failed" — check that you're using the username, not the email.
  • Caps Lock is the most common cause of password errors.
  • Account locked or unknown — try resetting your password. If that fails too, contact your organization admin or AskPhi support.
